Caltours of Birmingham Ltd have a range of solutions for group travel.

	All you require is someone who is willing to be a co-ordinator for your group and we will do the rest. One of the biggest problems that face groups is someone who is willing to spend the time and energy to organise your outings. When you work with Caltours of Birmingham Ltd you will find that a lot of the hard organisational work is carried out for you and you can sit back and enjoy your day out just like everyone else in your group. Furthermore we have schemes which mean that if you cannot fill a coach then we can minimise and often remove any risk of financial loss to your group and still provide you with a day out.
	Caltours of Birmingham Ltd. will arrange your coach travel and any places you wish to visit. All you have to do is tell us where you want to go and we will work out an itinerary that is suitable to you and your group. Caltours of Birmingham will then organise the coach, any visits which require an admission fee and provide a courier to look after your group on the day. All you need to do is sell the idea to your group, tell us how many people are travelling and to collect any fares that are appropriate, then sit back and enjoy your day.
	Flexible pricing to reflect your group size For small groups up to 15 people we would recommend taking a block booking on one of our advertised outings on the "Day Excursion" page. Prices will be discounted for groups greater than 10 people according to group size. Alternatively if you are prepared to work at least 6 months in advance we can tailor a trip around your group and providing it is commercially viable we will then add it to our Day Excursion list in order to sell the remainder of the tickets. This gives the advantage that your group can sit together at the front of the coach as we do use reserved seating on our coaches. It also means that you will only pay (subject to conditions) for the number of seats that you occupy, not the whole coach. The prices we will quote you will be fully inclusive of admission charges* and coach travel, so you only pay one bill.
	For medium size groups 15-40 we can tailor an excursion according to your group requirements including one dedicated pick up point. If the trip that you have requested is commercially viable we will agree with you the number of tickets that you are likely to require and then sell the remainder by adding them to our "Day Excursion" list. This means that you have the comfort of a full size coach and the economies that go with it compared to hiring a midi-coach. Depending on the numbers that you expect to achieve we will give you exclusive selling rights on that number for an agreed length of time and after that time we will release any unsold tickets to anyone booking individually from the "Day Excursion" list. In the event you require more tickets than originally agreed they will be made available, subject to availability, on the understanding that the extra seats may be in a different part of the coach to the rest of your party. The prices we quote will be on a per seat basis including coach travel and admission charges*, you are not therefore paying for empty seats. If you wish to avail yourself of this package you should think of organising your venture at least 4 to 6 months in advance.
	For larger groups greater than 40 and less than 53 we would recommend that you have an exclusive charter with your own dedicated pick up points. Our normal coaches have a capacity of 49 seats, but we do have access to a 53 seat coach ( for comfort we recommend only 4 people on the back seat reducing the capacity to either 48 or 52). Caltours of Birmingham Ltd will do all the organisation outside of your group arranging the coach and places being visited, we also provide a courier to look after your group on the day. You will be charged a fixed price for the coach plus courier and the admission charges* according to how many people are travelling. Our invoice will mean that you pay one bill* for the inclusive package. Groups greater than 53 can be accommodated on more than one coach. Please enquire to see if we can work out a package that is suitable to yourself.
	* Some venues have schemes which may allow some of your group go in free, for example members of the National Trust and English Heritage can enter their respective properties on production of a membership card for the relevant organisation. Our normal practice for these types of venue is to invoice only for the coach and and then collect admission fees from those who need to pay on the coach.
