All Passengers must wear seat belts to conform to UK Law
Coaches will aim to leave ‘pick up’ and ‘destination’ departure points on time. Caltours of Birmingham Ltd cannot accept responsibility for missed departures due to late arrival of the customer or any consequential financial loss that may be incurred.
Customers wishing to change their pick up point may do so, without charge, but are advised to inform Caltours of Birmingham Ltd in advance. Coaches may leave earlier than published if all listed passengers at a pick up point are present. No responsibility can be accepted for a missed departure by an un-listed passenger.
Passengers will only be allowed to board with a valid ticket. Passengers without a ticket may be denied boarding or asked to provide a form of identification which can be matched against the passenger list.
Ticket cancellations by the customer will be accepted subject to the following conditions:
o Up to 10 days prior to departure; repayment in full* less a handling charge of £3 per ticket.
o between 10 days and 48 hours prior to departure; repayment in full* less 50% of the ticket value.
o Within 48 hours of departure; no refunds will be given.
* where admission tickets are paid in advance, (i.e. for concerts, theatre etc.,) we reserve the right to exclude the price paid for the ticket from the refund unless the ticket can be re-sold.
Ticket cancellation by Caltours of Birmingham Ltd,
o More than 14 days notice prior to departure a full refund will be paid.
o Between 14 days and 7days prior to departure a full refund will be paid plus a £3 voucher against future travel.
o Less than 7 days a full refund will be paid plus a voucher to the value of £5 against future travel.
o Within 48 hours, or at point of departure will result in a full refund plus a voucher for £10 against future travel.
Liability will be limited to a full refund only if the cancellation by Caltours of Birmingham Ltd is due to circumstances outside of its control or that of its sub-contractor providing the coach service. i.e.:
· Adverse Weather or road conditions making it dangerous to travel.
· Civil unrest or acts of war
· A destination attraction being closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Caltours of Birmingham Ltd reserve the right to cancel any excursion where less than 30 people have pre-booked, subject to the conditions given under “Ticket cancellation by Caltours of Birmingham Ltd” above
Caltours of Birmingham Ltd have the right to refuse boarding at any part of the journey to any one
· Who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
· Who is or has been abusive or disruptive to other passengers, Caltours of Birmingham employees or any of its sub-contractors
Payments may be made either by Debit Card, Credit Card or cheque. (Credit Card transactions will be surcharged 1.5% of the amount due). All payments must be made within 14 days of booking unless otherwise agreed.
