Based in Stratford Upon Avon this is rapidly becoming one of Warwickshire's leading attractions with many 5* reviews. The museum is all about Mechanically Constructed Art Sculptures which in the past we would have called Automata. This is Kinetic Art the type of which can range from moving models to items that would not be out of place if they were the back drop in films such as Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory or a gadget in a Wallace & Grommit film.
The displays are interactive and fun, it is an entertaining, hands on Museum that will keep anyone from the age of 5 through to 95 amused and entertained. If there is a knob to pull or a lever to throw, go ahead and see what happens.
You can stay in the museum for as long as you like (typically a visit lasts between 1 and 2 hours depending on your interest). It is situated in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon giving you the opportunity for free time to have a walk around this lovely town after the visit.
